When you use our website or contact us, we may collect:

• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, and interaction patterns collected through Google Analytics.

We use collected information to:

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

Interactive AI demonstrations and implementation inquiries

AI demo messages, demo settings, and selected public business listing details are sent to an external AI service to generate responses. Use fictional customer details and avoid sensitive information. The demo does not represent a listed business, contact its staff, book appointments, or send calls or emails.

We do not save ordinary demo conversations in our application database. The AI service processes the information under its own data policies. Abuse prevention uses a hashed network identifier and usage counters; these do not contain chat text.

If you separately submit an implementation inquiry, we save the contact information and workflow details you choose to provide so Jugaar can review your request. A sample conversation is included only if you opt in. Inquiries go to Jugaar, not the business selected in the demo. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. We retain inquiries for business follow-up until they are no longer needed or you request deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact sales@jugaar.llc to request access, correction, or deletion.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
